This workshop revolves around business planning, personal leadership, and personal management - and the differences between each. Also covered will be business continuation strategies, such as buy-sell arrangements, key person insurance, and looking at your business as an asset. If you are just starting, or have already started your business, you will find this workshop to be educational, practical and informative. Our goal is to provide you with tools that you can implement right away. If you have been in business for a while now, this will be a good refresher, and perhaps get you back on track to working more ON your business than IN it. About the facilitator: Chet Spence is a Financial Advisor with FourSquare Financial Group in Grand Rapids, MI. He has over 20 years of working closely with business owners and individuals to help them achieve their goals. He is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a Certified Life Underwriter (CLU).
