Who You Are:

We are currently searching for a Director of Human Resources to join our executive leadership team that will be a culture champion and will strategically lead and manage the HR Function. Due to our exciting growth, this newly-created HR Director role will report directly to the COO/Integrator and will offer a unique blend of both transformational and transactional leadership in all areas of HR. It's perfect for the HR strategist who is passionate about people and culture, loves to connect with employees, roll up their sleeves, and know the team personally. In this role, you will be able to jump in and make an immediate impact. Specifically, you will:

  • First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision and values as an organization and foster a culture of accountability within our workforce that reflects these values
  • Utilize your 15+ years of human resource management experience along with your Bachelor's or advanced degree (preferred) in HR or a related field (HRCI or SHRM certification a plus!); strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations and compliance as well as your successful track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to lead and develop the Human Resources function in an effort to further the company's strategic objectives.
  • Bring vision, business acumen, strategic thought leadership, and pragmatism to the role to develop and execute organizational strategies.
  • Apply the tactical skills necessary for the implementation of HR initiatives by acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team, a coach and mentor to lead the human resources team, and a collaborator to leaders across the organization to support their needs
  • Provide leadership, development, and overall management of all HR activities and staff including compensation, payroll, benefits, talent development, training, performance management, talent acquisition, employee health and safety, employee events and communications.
  • Partner with leaders at all levels to drive the learning and development, succession planning, career development and performance management process that helps staff develop in their careers and engages all managers in assessing gaps and developing key talent
  • Develop a highly effective orientation, job training, and employee development program that emphasizes the critical importance and value of our employees by integrating them into the corporate culture and ensuring their strong career path along with other key leaders within the organization
  • Bring contemporary approaches to finding and keeping talent beyond the traditional HR approach that includes new skills and strategies to navigate dynamic markets and challenging talent landscapes and also identifies opportunities to identify great talent within the organization
  • Establish credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues by taking time to get to know our employees on a personal level and serve as an internal consultant to other leaders within the organization to lead, advise and mediate employee relations situations to ensure fairness and consistency
  • Continually evaluate policies and programs to remain competitive within the industry including compensation, benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, external education, and career development to ensure applicants and employees of all backgrounds are welcomed, celebrated and can thrive
  • Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation and benefit programs and oversee the execution of all programs including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, supplemental medical, 401(k) plan, PTO, FMLA, and unemployment compensation
