Summary of Position: | Work independently to provide data and reports to university and external constituents for use in mandatory reporting requirements, planning and decision making. Supervising Enrollment Services Technical Programmers who develop and produce accurate reporting and analysis for the Enrollment Services Unit, as well as the University at large, and supervising the Testing Office staff providing student services related to test administration. |

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered: | • Previous experience with Banner and WebFocus. • Previous experience working in a college/university environment. |
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: | • Support the institution, Enrollment Services, Academic Affairs, Colleges, and Student Affairs providing data for use in data analysis, planning, policy formation and decision making. • Consult and advise on-campus and off-campus constituents on a variety of institutional information and data needs. • Maintain programming to retrieve data, create links, and convert data into formats or tables. • Instruct and advise academic departments regarding faculty load input. • Respond to requests for data, information, and analysis. • Fulfill reporting requirements and data submissions to Federal, State and other agencies including, IPEDS, MCCNET, MASU, SAM, and HLC. • Prepare various analytical, statistical, and informational reports. • Manage and prepare reports focusing on academic performance and information including; Ferris Fact Book, Retention and Graduation Rate, Productivity, Program Costing, Graduate Follow-up, and Community College Transfer • Oversee website electronic data resources and data dashboards. • Demonstrates an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in working relationships with students, faculty, staff and community members. • Support, promote, and develop University student enrollment and retention initiatives. • Manage the preparation, submission and maintenance of data reported to national surveys such as Peterson's Guide, College Board, US News and World Report, Common Data Set, and other surveys. • Supervise Enrollment Technical staff, Testing Office staff and/or student support staff. • Reports to the Associate Vice President/Dean of Enrollment Services. • Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of designated information. • Perform any other duties assigned within the position classification area. |

Skills and Abilities: | • Knowledge and use of a variety of software programs including Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of basic statistical concepts • Work both independently and as part of a team • Work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines • Demonstrated commitment, experience and understanding for diversity, equity and inclusion. • Ability to work with detail, accuracy and customer service. • Advanced analytical and writing skills. |
